What we cannot do

• We cannot answer medical questions. We are not clinicians and this site is not medical advice. Questions about whether a treatment is right for you, doses, or symptoms belong with a licensed clinician.
• We cannot recommend a provider, clinic, or city — in email any more than on the site. What we can offer is our guide to checking any provider's license and discipline history in the public record.
• We cannot help with the former medical spas that once used this domain. We have no connection to them, no records, and no way to reach their former owners. Former patients seeking records should contact the Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure or the Florida Department of Health, as explained on the About page.
